Returns

The stock market is always changing. It's not completely managed by us, as we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and our storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
